Allergic Rhinitis (AR) Treatment Review: Recent Rx to OTC switches and More. Program 200!
Program Description
Allergic Rhinitis (AR) affects 10 to 30% of the population. It causes itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, plus other symptoms. The program will discuss treatments, new and old and selecting the right treatments for the appropriate patients.
Participant Program Objectives
1. Review and discuss nonpharmacologic treatment options to alleviate AR.
2. Compare and contrast treatment options for AR, including intranasal corticosteroids, antihistamines, ocular agents, etc.
3. Identify new products to the OTC market for the treatment of AR.
4. Select appropriate treatment given patient age, comorbidities, and patient preferences
